Return Policy — 7‑Day Easy Returns

We have a 7‑day return policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return

Eligibility for return

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Unworn and unused with tags

  • In original packaging

  • Along with receipt or proof of purchase

  • Any free samples sent with your order (e.g., eye green gel mask or blue‑light testing kit) must also be returned in the same unused condition

Note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly

Non‑returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, such as custom‑made or personalized items; personal care goods (like beauty products); hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases; sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure about your item, email us before purchase

Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange an item, please first return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it takes longer than 15 business days, please contact us at narayanraj2806@gmail.com
